Harbin Dong’an Import and Export Co., Ltd., established in 2001, is a subsidiary of Harbin Dong’an Engine Co., Ltd., which is a large state-owned (holding) enterprise in the aviation industry. Our company primarily provides sales, import and export services, and logistics for Dong’an Group and its subsidiaries. Our business team consists of more than 20 professionals, including 7 senior economists, 2 senior engineers, 8 customs declarants, and 5 inspection personnel.

The subsidiary, Sealing Component Plant, is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, with a total area of 7500m2 and an annual production capacity of 300,000 units. We currently have over 90 employees, including 4 senior engineers and 5 engineers. With over 30 years of experience in rubber material research and development, we have obtained the IATF16949 quality system certification and possess research qualifications for rubber sealing products and rubber seals.

Our aviation rubber products are divided into three series: static sealing series, functional component series, and dynamic sealing series. Our automotive rubber products include engine sealing products such as valve oil seals and crankshaft oil seals, as well as transmission sealing products such as transmission oil seals and clutch piston seals.
